Burns & Levinson LLP is seeking a mid-level Patent Prosecution Associate to join our growing Intellectual Property Group.
We want to hear from you if you have:
A BS in electrical engineering and/or chemical engineering/materials (with an advanced degree or equivalent engineering work a plus), a strong academic record, and excellent communication skills;
4-6 years of law firm experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications;
Current admission to the Massachusetts bar and the USPTO;
A desire to join a fast-paced and collaborative practice that features sophisticated and emergent technology, direct client contact, interaction with multiple partners and peers, hands-on mentoring and flexible pathways for advancement.
