A National Litigation and Business Transactions Law Firm, a national law firm, is seeking a Partner/Senior Counsel level employment litigation defense attorney with trial experience. A book of portable business is a plus. Candidates must be a senior level employment lawyer with 8 or more years of employment litigation experience (single plaintiff and wage and hour class action), with significant first chair trial and binding arbitration experience, to manage active litigation case load and supervise junior attorneys.
The candidate must possess exceptional academic credentials, impeccable writings skills (persuasive and analytical), strong oral advocacy skills and solid organizational skills. The candidate must be a team player. Candidates must be licensed in California.
