We are seeking two midlevel associates to join the Corporate/M&A practice in our dynamic Portland office. The ideal candidates will have at least three to five years of experience including providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, private equity and venture capital transactions, international matters, and general commercial contracts. A California license and Silicon Valley experience would be a plus. Experience with technology companies is also preferred. We will also consider candidates whose primary backgrounds are in finance and insolvency provided they have some background in Corporate/M&A law.
