Description:
Chopurian Law Firm is a well-established and recognized personal injury law firm in downtown Glendale. We are seeking to hire a Trial Litigation Attorney with prior personal injury experience who can represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiate settlements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Trying cases
  • Attending pre-trial hearing, medical examination, site inspection, mediation, and arbitration
  • Handling all aspects of discovery
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Writing motions and legal documents
  • Managing a high case load
  • Meeting personally with all clients
  • Complying with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in civil litigation
  • License: Active member of California State Bar
  • Familiarity with personal injury and applicable rules
  • Federal experience
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with our clients
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and training
