United States Steel Corporation is currently offering a paid Summer Clerkship opportunity in its Legal Department for a student actively seeking a juris doctorate degree. This opportunity will provide the student an opportunity to gain meaningful "hands-on" work experience in the legal department of a Fortune 500 Company.
Provide support assistance to the Legal Department in the company’s Pittsburgh office, as requested.
Conduct thorough, accurate legal research of legal and policy issues, topics, case law, etc., as requested.
Issue memoranda addressing research topics.
Attend meetings and hearings as requested.
Candidates must be a full-time student pursuing a juris doctorate degree.
Candidates must be a current student and have completed their first year of law school by June 2019 and be in good academic standing.
