Mid-sized education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks an attorney to join its Labor, Employment and Personnel Practice Group. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing, research, and communication skills are required.
Qualified candidates will have at least one to three years of experience, including the specific experiences and qualifications below:
Labor, employment and personnel experience
Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entities
Public entity representation (preferred)
School district representation (a plus)
Client trainings and public speaking
Admission to the California State Bar
