Fast growing Plaintiff's side employment litigation firm looking for a motivated associate attorney to join its team and advocate for employees and their rights. Candidates for this position must have at least 2 to 5 years employment law background and need to have extensive knowledge in all aspects of employment law including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour individual and class action claims. The candidate should be able to handle cases from retention through trial with minimal supervision. The candidate will be responsible for handling law and motion, written discovery, depositions and attending hearings. The firm is litigation heavy and looking for a candidate to be able to jump in and manage a heavy caseload (approximately 30-50 cases at any given time at various stages).
The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association and have a valid license to practice law in California in good standing.
