We are seeking a junior to mid-level Corporate/Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Associate to join any of our Mountain View (Silicon Valley), New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica or Seattle offices. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in executive compensation, mergers & acquisitions and related securities law issues, and should have significant deal experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must. CA bar preferred.
