We are currently hiring for our high octane and fast-growing San Francisco office, servicing high net worth clients and business owners in all financial aspects of the marital dissolution process.

Successful candidates should have the following:

• Licensed (or pending) California CPA with 3+ years of recent “Big Four” or other top firm auditing and/or tax experience
• Excellent computer skills required in Microsoft Excel and Word

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field
• CPA Designation (or pending)

A day-in-the-life basic overview:

• Analysis revolving around all forensic accounting and family law litigation matters
• Tracing of separate property assets
• Analyzing income available for child and spousal support
• Exposure to business valuations
• Real estate apportionment
• Retirement plan allocations
• Preparing declarations
• Post-separation accounting and reimbursement analyses
• Preparation for and attendance at settlement conferences and court hearings (with partner in charge)
