Montgomery McCracken’s has an immediate need for an Executive Compensation and ERISA Attorney to join their growing Business Department. Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a broad range of executive compensation and benefits matters, including executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code), design and negotiation of employment and other executive compensation arrangements, compensation-related disclosure and corporate governance matters, and ERISA fiduciary and pension investment issues. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and/or Delaware.
