We are seeking a mid-level associate, senior associate or counsel for our Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits/ERISA practice. Significant experience with the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions (buy-side) is required. Applicants should be proficient in Sections 83, 280G and 409A of the IRC and should have experience drafting stock option plans, profits interest agreements and executive employment agreements.
