Employment Litigation DefenseExp.: 2+ Years
Our New Orleans office has an opportunity for a junior to mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role in litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. This Associate will have the opportunity to provide advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies. Our Firm provides multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.
Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law in Louisiana and in good standing in Louisiana. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
2+ years of Employment Litigation Defense experience is preferred.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Outstanding academic credentials – (top 20% of law school class; participation in extracurricular activities, such as Law Review and/or Moot Court).
