Our New Orleans office has an opportunity for a junior to mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role in litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. This Associate will have the opportunity to provide advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies.
