Position Summary: Our Indianapolis office has an opportunity for a mid-to-senior level associate to join the firm’s expanding practice and assume a major role in litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Ogletree’s Indianapolis office has bench strength in many specialized areas. For example, we provide our clients with attorneys who devote their practices to employment litigation, traditional labor, and wage & hour. Our office is collegial with a commitment to mutual respect in the workplace. Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Candidates must possess 5+ years of employment litigation defense experience.
Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
