Description:
Our Columbia, South Carolina office has an immediate opportunity for a mid-level associate to join the firm’s employment litigation practice. Our litigation associates regularly interact with clients, witnesses, government officials and opposing counsel. Our associates also have multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • Currently licensed to practice law and in good standing in South Carolina.
  • Candidates should possess 3+ years of litigation experience; employment litigation experience preferred.
  • Judicial Clerkship preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials (top 15% of law school class preferred).
  • Excellent research, analytical and writing skills.
  • A commitment to excellence, professionalism and a strong work ethic are expected.
