Example of Duties: Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Idaho State Tax Commission. Successful applicant will engage in litigation-related legal work focused on bankruptcy practice and income tax matters. Attorneys assigned to the Tax Commission engaged in preventative law practice, providing legal advice on matters that arise during the day-to-day business of the agency, assist with the promulgation of rules and the drafting of legislation, and address issues of statutory interpretation. Anticipated start date will be in May or June 2021.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prefer at least 3 years of experience. Requires active Idaho license.
