The responsibilities of the Counsel will include working closely with legal and business teams to review, analyze, draft, revise and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, with a focus on: Software License Agreements
Review, analyze, draft, revise, and negotiate contracts
Apply formal, best practice methodologies to develop and implement contract strategies to support the sales and account management processes
Work with internal and external stakeholders to carefully obtain the requirements needed for each contract
Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages
Implement practical contracts procedures
Expertise The following expertise is required:
Software License Agreements
At least three years of intensive experience with software and software-as-a-service agreements.
All-star writing skills and ability to clearly, concisely and precisely communicate in plain English.
Stellar analytical skills and ability to independently, pragmatically and creatively resolve key issues.
Able to multi-task and demonstrated organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, high demand and fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and even temperament.
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and outside contacts.

Ability to analyze, summarize and address contractual requirements in requests for proposals
