Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an attorney with three or more years of experience for its Corporate & Securities group, with a particular experience focus in fund formation, private equity, joint ventures, and syndication work as it relates to real estate transactions. Excellent prior training at a top quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and client-centric approach. There is great opportunity for advancement at a thriving firm which values collaboration, associative development, and community service. The selected candidate will ideally be based in one of our California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, or Oregon offices, although remote work may be considered.
