Description:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing, reviewing and negotiating company contracts, requests for proposals and other legal documents
  • Consulting with management, commercial advisors, tax experts, accountants and marketing staff
  • Negotiating and drafting contractual agreements, such as real estate leases, and advising on employment matters
  • Developing the organization's policies on industry-specific issues, corporate governance or regulatory affairs
  • Review customer, reseller, royalty, license partner and vendor agreements
  • Software industry experience
  • Draft / review NDAs and other corporate templates
  • Experience with M&A agreements
  • Implement contract management system
  • Assist with GDPR, SOC2 Type 2
  • Good communication skills
  • Consulting with immigration, employment issues
  • US and EU experience preferred

Job Requirements:
  • With more than 3 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills, good teamwork spirit, able to withstand greater work pressure, and good management and execution skills
  • Be good at summarizing and analyzing, and the ability to fully support the business development of the enterprise
  • Excellent logical thinking ability, excellent self-drive ability, good sense of team work
