Description:
The Wonderful Company, a privately held $5 billion global company and its operating businesses, including Wonderful Orchards, Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, Wonderful Citrus, FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Teleflora, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Landmark Vineyards, Vintage Nurseries, Suterra, and Wonderful Real Estate Development, seek a temporary Corporate Attorney for its corporate transactions group. This temporary role will provide support for the attorneys in the corporate group.

This is a 4-month assignment (December - April), 40 hours per week, working remotely during this time.

Your Wonderful Purpose:
  • Reviewing, summarizing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, financing documents, distribution agreements, license agreements, service agreements and confidentiality agreements.
  • Providing support for complex business transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Wonderful You:
  • 3-5 years of broad-based transactional experience practicing in a top tier law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills required.
  • Demonstrated excellent judgment, common sense and ability to work well with clients.
  • JD from an accredited, top tier law school.
  • Ability to provide top-quality, proactive, accurate and effective legal support in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision.
