The Baltimore office of Hogan Lovells seeks a mid-level associate with a minimum of three years of corporate experience to join our corporate practice representing clients on cross-border transactions in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, education, government contracting, and energy. Candidates must have experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, post-merger integrations, corporate governance and compliance. In addition, helpful experience includes advising candidates on expansion into new markets, as well as non-US clients on foreign investment in the US, and with assisting multinational clients with corporate compliance and foreign subsidiary management. Spanish language fluency is a plus, but is not required.
