Description:
The position assists one or more senor level attorneys in the defense of civil and commercial cases. Qualified applicants must have excellent writing and research skills and at least 7 years of civil litigation experience including: the drafting of pleadings, memoranda, briefs discovery and discovery responses and the taking and defending of depositions. This is a 1099 position with compensation based on billable hours collected.
