The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate or Special Counsel to join our Denver office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with the following aspects of compensation and benefits: equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, mergers & acquisitions, and IPOs. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials and superior writing, oral communication and analytical skills. EOE.
Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, please find the compensation range specific to this role if based in CO, as well as a description of bonus and benefits generally applicable across all US offices.
Colorado pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on deemed year - $305,000+
Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
