Civil Litigation Attorney (Insurance Defense)

Description:
- Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm is looking to add an Insurance Defense Attorney with 3-10 years' of experience to our team in California.
- You must work well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Preferably the candidate will also have significant litigation experience in general liability and construction defect claims.
- Must be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
- Must be able to handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
- Motivated, self-starters need only apply.
- Must be currently licensed to practice law in CA, additional licensure in other States a plus.
Experience:
- Insurance Defense: 3-10 years (Required)
- Construction Defect preferred
Education:
- Doctorate (Required)
License:
- California Bar in Good Standing (Required)
