Real Estate, Finance LitigationExp.: 3 - 6 Years
Our Phoenix office seeks a highly motivated bankruptcy/litigation associate with three to six years of experience representing primarily creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and creditors' rights litigation. Real estate and finance litigation experience is preferred. This candidate will practice in various bankruptcy courts, state courts, and federal courts throughout the country and will be expected to manage cases related to real estate, hospitality, retail, and restaurant related bankruptcies and litigation for clients ranging from private equity groups, to REITs, and hotel operators. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated nationwide bankruptcy litigation practice and work in a dynamic, expanding, and team-oriented atmosphere, while enjoying the benefits and resources of a national law firm. Our Litigation Department is our largest practice group and represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and our attorneys regularly represent clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials, communication skills, and written work product. Active bar license in Arizona is preferred.
