The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of employment and labor practice experience including litigation, wage-hour class action, trade secret, compliance, and experience advising and counseling clients concerning the myriad of workplace issues. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and analytical skills, strong research, oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and proficiency with drafting pleadings/motions, demonstrated initiative and good judgment, technical proficiency and practical skills, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
