Orrick has an opportunity for a Managing Associate with 4 to 6 years’ experience to join our M&A and Private Equity team. While successful candidates can be based in any of our U.S. offices, we have a preference to place in our Boston, New York, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley locations. In addition to transactions, this practice also focuses on public company governance issues. The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the areas of public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity or public company representation. We seek associates who enjoy working closely with clients in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
