We are seeking to hire a 4th to 6th year associate for the Corporate Transactions Practice Area.

Job Requirements:

• 4-6 years of Corporate Transactional experience with a focus on Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions or Private Equity
• Strong academic background
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Applicants must be admitted to the CA bar
