Seeking an attorney with three to seven years of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including e-discovery compliance, motion practice and depositions. Work with supervising attorneys to represent a variety of clients, including automotive suppliers, financial institutions, and insurance companies.

Primary responsibilities include: (i) managing litigation matters of varying sizes, including large-scale litigation; (ii) analyzing case materials to identify legal issues and potential strategies; (iii) drafting pleadings, legal memorandum, and reports; (iv) assisting with the preparation for depositions, case evaluations, arbitrations, mediations, and trials; and (iv) performing legal research.

Admission to the Michigan Bar, excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills are required.
