Do you want to make a difference in your clients’ lives? Do you genuinely care about giving them every chance to win? Do you want to be rewarded for what you bring to the table through hard work and dedication? Do you also want to work to live, and not live to work?
We consider ourselves family at B&T. We don’t aim to be a stuffy large brick and mortar law firm. We encourage teamwork, creative problem solving, and dynamic efficiency. We want to capitalize on the best traits of each employee, and through unifying their unique talents, give our clients the competitive edge. Our employees and clients come first in every decision. We want to thrive as a firm, and we know we will when our employees and clients do. We expect absolute dedication and loyalty to the firm and the clients it represents, but we are happy to pay handsomely when those traits are demonstrated consistently.
We choose applicants that feel the legal profession is a calling rather than a “job.” We choose applicants that want to be known in the community for their professional ability and drive. We choose applicants that want to make a difference - but NOT just at work. We seek applicants that like to be connected outside of work. We choose applicants driven by their own personal goals and interests for themselves and their families. We want lawyers who are driven to succeed because of they want to live a full life both inside and outside the office, enhance their own life experience, strengthen the office’s reputation, and improve their community. Is that you? Please apply. We want to buy you lunch and get to know you! You just may be the right fit.
B&T is a general practice law firm with offices in Waco, Temple, and Dallas. Our practice primarily handles family law cases. However, we hire individuals who are capable of meeting our clients needs in a whole host of legal situations that arise from our family law base. We commonly represent clients in the areas of wills and probate, business formations, commercial litigation, personal injury, and some criminal law.
We are hoping to hire an experienced litigator with at least two years of courtroom experience for the Temple or Waco office. We will train the right candidate though. Previous experience is preferred, but it is not required. If you are a driven winner who recently passed the bar, we are not afraid to invest in teaching new talent.
