The Seattle Office of BakerHostetler is seeking a litigation associate with 4 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience.

Qualifications include:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Superior drafting and research skills;
• A strong academic record;
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience;
• Must be admitted to practice law in Washington state; and
• Must be a team player and a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pluses Include:
Post law school graduation experience as a federal or state court trial or appellate judicial clerk for a minimum of one year.

This is a unique opportunity to work at a mid-size growing Seattle office for an AmLaw 100 firm with 17 offices around the country. In doing so, you would be part of the Firm’s ongoing representation of major corporate clients in all kinds of complex commercial, securities, and employment litigation, along with some soft IP litigation. Many of the matters involve the defense of class actions.
