Downtown Los Angeles office of a well-established firm seeks an experienced 4-6 year litigation associate with private law firm experience. The firm specializes in the areas of life, health and disability coverage; insurance bad faith and ERISA litigation; management-side employment litigation; and commercial litigation. Strong writing skills required. The ideal candidate will also have experience litigating cases in federal court.
