We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of civil litigation experience to join our Torrance (Los Angeles), CA office, with a focus on discovery and other complex litigation. Returning to the workforce after some time away from your legal career? This job may be the perfect fit for you. The Associate will work closely and collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, other in-house eDiscovery service team members, firm staff and clients, and provide discovery services tailored to each case in a fast-paced litigation environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background including law review/journal, strong writing skills, a proven track record of high performance and measurable results, and an eagerness to assume elevated responsibility. Candidates must possess an understanding of legal issues related to a discovery practice and the ability to draft complex written discovery responses, and effectively apply best

practices and procedures related to eDiscovery, ESI preservation, document review/coding and large-scale document productions. Candidates who have a working knowledge of electronic discovery technology tools and document review platforms will be given the greatest consideration. Successful candidates must demonstrate effective supervisory skills and excellent communication skills. Product liability and trial experience is a plus. We require applicants to be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
