Ready for trial? Tired of billable hour requirements? If so, busy Westside Plaintiff Personal Injury and Employment firm is looking for someone ready, willing and able to try cases. You’ll get first-hand experience preparing for and trying your cases from start to finish. Recent associates at the firm first-chaired 6-7 trials all the way through to a jury verdict.

We are seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of experience, with a minimum of one year PI experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in both taking and defending depositions of parties, including witnesses and experts.
• Experience in preparing various pleadings, law and motion, propounding and responding discovery, meditations, arbitration, etc.
• Experience in trial preparation (Deadlines, Trial Binders, Jury Instructions, Motions in Limine, Expert Designation and Depositions, Exhibit & Witness Lists) is a plus!
• Candidate must be personable, motivated, a self-starter. Must be able to work well in teams, be able to take ownership of files, and be committed to helping clients.
• Candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.*Both Plaintiff and Defense attorneys welcome to apply!
