The ideal candidate will have 2+ years litigation experience. Duties will include assisting on a wide range of litigation cases, including to conduct legal research and investigation, draft motions, prepare discovery requests and responses, and conduct document review. Strong writing skills and communication skills required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support to and assist attorneys
  • Draft pleadings and motions
  • Prepare discovery and discovery responses
  • Prepare legal reports and documents

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong legal knowledge
  • Admitted to CA Bar
  • A minimum of two years litigation experience, employment law experience a plus
