Growing creditors' rights firm is seeking an attorney with a Tennessee license to assist with the firm’s increasing caseload. Consideration will be given to an attorney that demonstrates collections knowledge that is not licensed in TN, so long as the candidate is willing and able to obtain reciprocity In TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal collections, an aptitude for resolving disputed cases, an ability to assist in perfecting operational efficiencies, and a consistent daily work ethic. Additional states licenses would be highly desirable. Principal job responsibilities will include reviewing and signing routine pleadings, moderate drafting of non-routine pleadings, and occasional court appearances. This is an full time position and compensation will be commensurate with experience.
