We are looking for an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of family law experience or 5 years of litigation experience to join our high-energy, talented team. Our team handles complex and challenging family law issues including divorce and child custody cases, premarital and post-marital agreements, and more. We work tirelessly to deliver results for clients with creativity and compassion. Clients range from C-suite executives to business owners to stay-at-home parents, and each person receives the highest level of personal attention from our team.

Candidates must have taken the Texas bar exam no later than February 2017 and must have courtroom experience. Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents with a high level of skill and detail
Counsel clients through the litigation process, including hearing and deposition preparation
Conduct discovery with efficiency and attention to detail
Communicate with professionalism, compassion, and persuasion in the courtroom and to clients and opposing attorneys
Organize and strategize complex property division for high-net-worth individuals
Exhibit tenacity and willingness to go the distance to deliver results for clients
Juris Doctorate granted 2017 or earlier
Member in Good Standing with Texas Bar since at least 2017
Attention to detail - Does not let important details slip through the cracks
Time Management - Ability to balance several deadlines while providing personalized service and attention to each client
Intelligence - Demonstrate an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
Enthusiasm - Exhibits passion and excitement overwork, has a can-do attitude
Computer skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and possibility for bonus incentives.
