Kelley Kronenberg's First Party Property practice remains extremely busy. The firm is looking for an Attorney with at least one year of First Party Property defense experience to join a team based out of the Ft. Lauderdale headquarters. Position does allow for remote work.
Read, review, analyze and report on discovery to clients.
Conduct legal analyses of issues in claims, requiring knowledge and understanding of applicable case law and statutes.
Engage in direct communications via telephone and e-mail with attorneys and clients.
Engage in litigation related events including but not limited to depositions, conferences, and hearings.
Properly track and record time billed on claim-related tasks, reaching monthly goal following initial training period.
1+ years of experience
Florida Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing
Must be able to write in a clear, logical, and grammatically correct manner, integrating legal analyses into work.
Ability to analyze facts and discovery to apply to statutes and case law on point.
Ability to verbally present case facts, legal analyses and recommendations and defend positions through same.
Ability to work independently with exception of on new topics or issues on which it is expected help to be sought so as to not sacrifice significant time on project.
