Description:
The University of Virginia School of Medicine is seeking applicants for a tenure-ineligible instructional faculty position in the Department of Public Health Sciences. This position is part time at 50% effort. The candidate should have expertise in health policy, law, Medicaid, health equity and community advocacy. Experience teaching and mentoring students, a legal background and experience working in the community are required.

Successful candidates will have earned a J.D. In addition, successful candidates will have outstanding leadership and communication abilities, ability to work well with faculty, staff and students as well as community contacts. Commitment to the mission,

vision and core values of the University is necessary.
