This role will be highly visible with senior management and customers as you navigate and solve complex, cross-functional challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling, advice and thought leadership with respect to the auto insurance line of business.
- Work closely with business teams to review and advise with respect to new products and technologies in the auto line of business.
- Serve as the lead lawyer to the Personal Auto Lines Executive
- Maintain awareness of and provide advice with respect to pertinent legislative and regulatory developments impacting the auto line of business.
- Help to drive and support engagement with pertinent regulators
Qualifications:
- JD or Law Degree is required.
- 15+ years of experience in Corporate legal department including significant experience in and comprehensive knowledge corporate, labor, and automotive law.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic judgement and excellent problem-solving capabilities
