The Global Corporate group is looking to hire a Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years of experience in a sophisticated corporate practice with a focus on venture capital and emerging company representation, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions experience, to join our Emerging Growth/Venture Capital team. Ideal candidates will have experience with technology companies. Candidates should also have strong academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
