About You:
You have strong experience working in trust, estate planning and probate and have a demonstrated commitment to this area of law. If you have two years, five years or 15 years' experience and can work independently to administer the client files without needing mentor support, we are interested in meeting with you to discuss the opportunity available here at An Estate Planning Lawyer.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Independent representation of clients in their estate, charitable, business succession, and estate and gift tax planning
  • Representation of fiduciaries in trust, estate, and probate administration
  • Assistance in the development of firm policies and procedures regarding the above services
  • Managing client relations
  • Developing client referrals

Your experience and qualifications:
  • Strong legal knowledge and experience in estate planning and probate
  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client-centered attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Willingness to follow established processes
