Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney at A Premier Community Association Law Firm in either Clearwater or Bradenton. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of trial preparation and representation, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, attending court hearings and trials, taking depositions, and representing clients in negotiations and settlements.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of law, legal principles, and courtroom procedures
- Experience in drafting and filing motions and legal documents
- Experience in representing clients in court trials and hearings
- Ability to conduct effective depositions and cross-examinations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Prior experience in condominium, cooperative, homeowner, or mobile home association law
- Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to obtain it
