Roseville law firm seeking a seasoned Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney with at least 4-5 years of experience in real estate law and finance for immediate hire. We are a friendly and collegial work environment.The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, articulate, client-focused, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Someone with a partial book of business or practice is a plus. Must have a strong understanding of real estate finance principles and transaction, good client customer service orientation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Time management and organizational skills. The ability to attract and generate business is a strong plus.
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including land use and zoning issues, title matters, environmental concerns and dispute resolution proceedings.
