About the Transactional Associate Attorney Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease Negotiations. Lead and participate in the negotiation of commercial leases, ensuring terms are favorable for our clients. Draft, review, and modify lease agreements, addressing intricate issues related to rent, maintenance, options, and renewals.
  • Due Diligence. Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes for property acquisitions, examining titles, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and any other pertinent factors to provide clients with a complete understanding of the risks and opportunities.
  • Purchase and Sale Transactions. Manage all aspects of purchase and sale transactions for commercial properties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on financing arrangements, and navigating complex legal issues that may arise during the transaction.
  • Client Consultation. Provide clients with expert legal advice, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the implications of their decisions. Collaborate directly with clients to understand their objectives and tailor legal solutions to meet their needs.
  • Client Relationship Management. Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, demonstrating our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration. Work closely with our team of experienced attorneys, sharing knowledge and experience while contributing to a supportive, collegial working environment.

Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of real estate transactional law experience
  • Strong communication, analytical, contract drafting, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage real estate transactions and meet deadlines
