A Public University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Business Law that will be available August 2024. Candidates should have an interest in teaching graduate and undergraduate business law and ethics courses, in both face-to-face and online modalities, and a strong willingness to be involved in service activities that involve supporting student-focused departmental and college activities.

The Sanders College of Business and Technology, accredited by the AACSB, serves approximately 1,400 undergraduate and 1,200 graduate students. Among its graduate degree offerings, the Sanders College offers a Master of Business Administration, Master of Accountancy, Master of Health Administration, and an Executive Doctor of Business Administration. Rank will depend upon qualifications. Salary is competitive with other AACSB institutions. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position has been filled.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates should have a Juris Doctorate or an equivalent advanced degree from an accredited law school. The successful candidate must be capable of producing publications necessary to meet current AACSB faculty qualifications guidelines. Experience in legal practice and in teaching business law and business ethics at the university level are both highly desirable. Candidates must be qualified to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in business law and ethics.
