Responsibilities:
- Review/draft/negotiate design and construction contracts
- Support Project Managers in dispute avoidance/resolution
- Work with outside counsel on matters in litigation
- Provide support/legal counsel to other departments/projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- Admitted to practice law in CT or other state. Knowledge of basic court procedures
- 3+ years' experience. Strong communication skills are necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction industry
- Understanding of insurance and bonding principles
