This position offers an exciting
opportunity for a legal professional to contribute significantly to the
operations and expansion of a leading healthcare institution and its new
medical school. The Staff Attorney will handle contract review and
negotiations, ensure compliance with healthcare laws, provide legal
advice, and support acquisitions.
Education - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school in the United States.
Experience - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferred in contract law, ideally in the healthcare sector.
Licensure/Certification - Attorney license in a state in the United States.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Lexis/Nexis or Westlaw; contract management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, great research, organizational and analysis ability; knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
