Description:
As a staff-level attorney, the incumbent provides day-to-day legal representation of various state agencies, boards, commissions, officers, and employees, including representation in administrative proceedings and civil litigation within the Divisions' practice areas. The incumbent also reviews and performs analyses regarding legislative bills and statutes, issues guidance and opinions regarding compliance with applicable state and federal statutes and regulations and provides direction and support to client-agency management and staff.Required Education and Experience:
Education:
Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law.
Experience:
Attorney-Staff P15

Attorney-Senior 16
Four years of post-bar admission legal experience.
