Attorney III (Permanent Fulltime)– Legal Office-HQ

This position may be downgraded to an Attorney for recruitment purposes.

The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters in Sacramento.

This position will work under the general direction of the Chief Counsel.

This position performs sensitive legal services with broad discretion. As assigned, the position acts as lead counsel to provide assistance to the Chief Counsel and the Department regarding Cannabis Enforcement and Watershed Restoration matters as needed and provides legal advice and assistance on legal activities associated with Law Enforcement issues.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
