A Health Care-Focused Law Firm is currently seeking a senior-level health law attorney with experience in Medicare Reimbursement Appeals and Litigation as well as related payment and policy matters. Specific practice experience before the PRRB is highly preferred.
Responsibilities include assisting health care providers with the facilitation and development of Medicare administrative appeals and compliance strategies, as well as representing hospitals and other providers in payment matters before the PRRB and in court. Candidate will be working with numerous health systems, hospital associations, hospitals and other health care providers, counseling them on regulatory changes, payment disputes and the appeals of same, and analysis of reimbursement issues impacting health care organizations. This position could be staffed in any one of A Health Care-Focused Law Firm's various office locations, or potential remote work, depending on individual skill set and experience. A Health Care-Focused Law Firm is willing to consider individuals or groups, including groups with non-attorney professionals. Portable book of business is not required for consideration.
